    Hi guys,

I made some updates in once (updated to WordPress 4.3 and ePix 2.1.1) so I don’t know which one caused the problem, but my website stopped working immediately after the update, showing the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method WPBakeryShortCode_VC_Row::getShortcode() in /home/antonane/public_html/yanastancheva/wp-content/themes/ePix/vc_templates/vc_row.php on line 172

I reinstalled the theme, deactivated the plugins but it still doesn’t work. Can you, please, help me out. The website is http://www.yanastancheva.com

    Looking forward to your assistance.

    Best regards,
    Anton

I’m also having trouble after updating – I don’t get the error message, just blank pages (except the home page). After disabling all plugins and reactivating them one by one, I found it was the WP Bakery Visual Composer. Hoping for a fix soon!

Actually, I just fixed it. The Visual Composer plugin doesn’t get updated automatically. You’ll need to go to your Themeforest account and download the ePix package.

Next, deactivate and delete the Visual Composer plugin. Then, from the ePix package, upload the js_compser.zip from the plugins folder. Reactivate it, and that should work.

    Hi guys,

Matthew is right, Visual Composer doesn’t get automatically updated ( unfortunately it’s not possible ). Instructions are here if you require them in the future – http://acoda.com/troubleshooting-guide/.

Thanks very much, guys. This worked for me, I will keep it in mind for the next update.

    Cheers 🙂
