  • Hi there, I received an email from ThemeForest on 4/18/14 saying there is an update to my purchase of ePix-Fullscreen Photography WordPress Theme by themeva. Then, there is a link that says “Download this update”. After I clicked on it, I do not see anything where I can download the update…please help. Thanks.

    It is now updated, however, I still cannot create a new side in Slide Set Manager. I am getting a blank page….

    Hi,

    Are you on the latest 1.0.9 for ePix? Are you also using the latest 3.9 WordPress too?

    I recommend resetting your browser cache and trying a different browser to see if that is the issue.

    Hi,

    Please follow the documentation here for more information regarding updating the theme. I recommend using the Envato automatic theme installer as it is very easy to use.

    I am not sure how you can get a refund, I recommend contacting ThemeForest directly to query that.

    Tom, I started a new threat prior saying all of my menus on the home page have disappeared. I followed above. Now, the theme as well as Wp Visual Composer is up to date.I can now create a new slide in the Slide Set Manager as well. However, all the menus have disappeared. I have also cleared out the cache. So, what should I do to get all the menus back on the home page since all my work can only been seen through the menus?
