Having issues with the new update. For some reason the author names and tags are formatted incorrectly in the grid blog display. A short author name is breaking on two lines and the tags are sometimes aligned right and sometimes completely underneath. Did you test how author names look in the latest update? Here is a screenshot of the author names and the misformatting:
Also noticed you’re still using the old Advanced Excerpt which doesn’t play nice with Jetpack and social icons. Please offer a newer/better solution then the unsupported and outdated Advanced Excerpt plugin.
Already discussed that idea, would have to hand edit hundreds of articles. Better to wait for a better excerpt plugin. But what about the other formatting issue with the grid blog in the new 4.0 update? Look above, see how the author name and tags are all split up? The author name should easily fit on one line, no?
This file should fix the issue with the author field:

Thank-you! That did fix it, and I was able to remove the custom CSS. Will this be included in the next update? Also noticed another bug with 4.0, on the iPhone in portrait mode, the site logo is now elongated and the icon for the menu is overlaid on top making it unclickable. It didn’t do this before:
It looks like your logo might be a bit too large. What size do you have for retina? It appears they are not quite right.
To fix the menu issue, please use the CSS fix below.
This will be added to the next version of DynamiX.
The retina logo is: 756×160 and entered in the theme settings at half the resolution as 378×80 (also the size of the non-retina version). What’s weird is on the settings it’s elongated too. It used to display fine on the iPhone, and hasn’t changed in size since site launch. Noticed this on the 4.0 version:
Your image is more than full width for the iPhone so it squashes it slightly.
The retina size you have set is actually larger than the iPhone width pixels. So when the jQurey loads it, it sets the size you have set but because it is bigger it resizes the width but not height.
Andy has added some CSS to make the height auto for retina.
Most people do not have such a large logo which is why we have not come across this issue before.
