    Hello,

So i’m build my website, but when i took a look on how it would look on mobile devices I was surprised that the images resolution was totally different from the desktop version to the mobile, the mobile was way worse than it should actually be, because i’m uploading the images in a greater resolution than shown on desktop or mobile and I don’t know what may be the reason for this, below you can see the prints.

I already tried to disable image resizer on theme options and increase image resolution but both did not work. Also the images are saved for web on png 24 not interlaced.

    Could you help me?

    Hi @lucaseatp

I simulated all resolution from my end using Chrome Dev Tools and I do not see the issue from my end.

The image remains the same and only changes dimensions go under 240px.

What specific mobile device did you use to test this?

    Thanks!

I tested it on an iPhone 6 plus and the image quality is not as bad as the one you sent.

Can you please try to use the larger original image at http://criarh.com.br/wp-content/uploads/2016/12/fundador.png ?

    Thanks!

i’m using a larger image now, but it didn’t work. Even if it is 1000px and displayed as 200px..

I really don’t know why this is happening.

    Hi @lucaseatp

1000px would be too big of a resolution that it will also not look good when compressed on a 200px container.

Have you tried to test the page on different mobile devices to check if the issue is just isolated on the zenfone 2?

    Thanks!
