I have a bunch of blog posts that I would like to use a new skin that I just created, but it will take a while to update them all individually. Is there a way to perform a batch change using phpMyAdmin or some other tool?

    Thanks!

    Hi Bill,

You can set a global skin for the entire site via Appearance > Themes > Customize > Edit Skin + Set Default Skin > Set Default Skin. Is that what you mean?

I have already set a default skin, but I was hoping to use mysql to change the skin for all the posts in a particular category instead of editing them one by one. For example, I wanted to change all posts in the Events category from Default to Blog skin.

I did end up editing them one by one, but it would be nice if I could perform a batch edit in the future. If not, no worries.

    Hi Bill,

Thanks for the feedback, unfortunately there isn’t an easy way to do it at this moment. I’d have to write a script to modify the users database.
