You can add it via Appearance > Customize > Header > Transparent Header Logo
Well, I tried that.
I uploaded my logo to the image section under transparent header logo.
There is a dropdown list above that section with three options: “Default”, “Primary”, “Secondary”. My logo fails to come out whatever I chose from them.
The only thing I found that can shows up in the top left is writing my site’s name in Appearance > Customize > Site Identity > Site Title, which is not what I want… : (
I just tried and tested changing the floating header logo via Appearance > Theme Options > Header > Secondary Logo and it worked.
Oh yes, I just figured out how to add logo to my website now.
But now I have two more questions.
1 about the main menu: as you may see I have two items: “projects” and “technology”. both of them have a drop down list when hover. However, the way the two lists show are different. For the “technology” one, the four sub-items are listed in a row and words are bolded. For the “projects” one, the three sub-items are listed in a column and their fonts tend to be thinner.
So, how can I solve this problem of inconsistency of menu layout?
2 How can I change the background under the words “scene parsing”? I have several similar images to replace actually… : (
Here is the link: http://www.citorytech.com/scene-parsing/
You actually added the ‘Technology’ menu as a mega menu (extended menu) that’s why it’s laid-out liked that. You just have to remove the CSS Class you declared on that menu item under Appearance > Menus
Oh cool, thank you for helping me this!
and what about the other question? how can I change the background in the link below? (I mean the mountain view one…)
really thanks a lot. I did it!
OK, but I found another problem. 🙁
I tried a plugin for multilanguage support, but it seems to disable the backend of my visual composer.
when I try to edit any of my pages, the interface is so stange like this:
btw, your screenshot seems to be fine!? why…
