When I choose ‘image’ for my body (or header) background and click to select the file, nothing happens. (These problems are happening on two sites)
If I make changes under Customise, then choose Save & Publish, I get no error but then I get a warning when exiting the page. I have tried disabling all non-Dynamix plugins but that seems to make no difference.

    Hi Gareth,

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, it looks like WordPress have changed that functionality. I’ll get a fix done for this ASAP.

    Hi,

I’ve patched this, please replace DynamiX/lib/adm/inc/theme-customizer.php with the following file:

Unzip ( Note: this is for DynamiX only )

How do I do that? My site is on a practice server with no FTP access. Is there a way of accessing that file from within admin for my site?

Your hosting should have a cPanel with a file manager function.

I have no access other than as site admin. It is being hosted for the community free and I have no access to the hosting.

I’ll be updating the theme in the next day or so either way, but unfortunately that’s the only way to fix it at the moment.

Unfortunately, that might not help – see my post of today – ‘Update Dynamix via Envato WordPress Toolkit’ – I am unable to update my theme via Envato Toolkit anyway!!

    Hi Melissa,

You need to follow this procedure to fix it, or wait a few more days and the update will fix this issue.

Please replace DynamiX/lib/adm/inc/theme-customizer.php with the following file:

Unzip ( Note: this is for DynamiX only )
    http://help.themeva.com/tmp/dynamix/theme-customizer.php.zip

    Hi Melissa,

The above should definitely work. I’m aiming to release the update this week.
