    Hello,
yesterday I update ePix for my homepage. After the Update I can’t access the WordPress Backend to edit sites. There is only a white screen.

If i set up the twentytwelve-Theme in the database: template, stylesheet and current_theme, I can access the backend from wordpress, but there i can’t aktivate ePix-Theme

What can i do to resolve the problem.

    many thanks

    Hi,

It would seem like either you have a WordPress memory issue. Please see the guide here for increasing it. https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

Failing that, please post your WP and FTP details and I’ll take a look for you.

    Hi,

I currently can’t login, it’s most likely due to the issue with ThemeForest. Please see here for more information: http://help.themeva.com/groups/epix-support-group/forum/topic/admin-login-issues/
