This may seem like an off the wall request, but it's an important one or I wouldn't take up your time with it. I am putting together a site for a charity I involved with using Dynamix. I LOVE the template but a member of our group likes the design of a blog from another theme he has purchased and used. What I really need to accomplish is how to take the layout of the blog page from that template (which i have all of the files for) and use it in lieu of the blog page on Dynamix. That way, I can give them the layout they want on the blog page but still use Dynamix for the site.
I am nt very experienced in web design (which is one of the reasons I love Dynamix so much). I just need the post layout of the blog from the other theme. Want to use Dynamix header, footer, sidebars, etc. Can anyone please help lead me in the right direction? Here's a look at the layout from the other theme they are looking for:

you would have to edit the dynamix files to achieve that, simply inserting the page from another template is not going to work, alot of premium templates have code which the authors own work, unlike most free templates which tend to be edited frameworks like twentyten or blank theme.you will have to edit the css heavily and change the layout of the single.php,archive.php,blog.php
Thanks for the response. I understand what you're saying and figured it would involve editing those three files. I guess my question is then can someone help me understand what parts of the files I need to edit? I understand the CSS and think i Have that figured out. It's the structure of the php files I'm not sure about…
