    Hey Andy. I am trying to change the color of the picture frame image effect.  I removed the shadow bg image and tried to add a bg color and also a border just try to get something to work but nothing I am doing seems to make any difference.  I have done this in both the child theme style.css regular style.css and I think I tried the Dark css. Please help.

    .imagewrap.frame {

     background: #ba0000 none repeat-x;

     padding:9px 10px 7px 10px;

     border:1px solid #dfdfdf;

     -moz-box-shadow: 0 1px 2px rgba(0,0,0,0.1);

     -webkit-box-shadow: 0 1px 2px rgba(0,0,0,0.1);

     box-shadow: 0 1px 2px rgba(0,0,0,0.1);

    }

    The site is http://www.cityinvasions.com/wordpress and you can see the image frame at the bottom of the homepage under recent videos

    Thanks,

    Tim

    1. open this file:

    2. there about line 270 you see:

    background: url("images/gradient-g-dark.png") repeat-x scroll center top #202020 !important;

    3. remove "!important" so that it looks like:

    background: url("images/gradient-g-dark.png") repeat-x scroll center top #202020 ;

    After this you should use the style.css of your child theme & modify it to your liking (but only if you have activated the child theme in the backend).

    Hope this helps. 😉
