    I’ve just started looking at version 3.0 and can’t figure out how to create a row of columns of a equal heights with borders around them. In the old version I used the column short code and chose the height and border. I can still use the old short code in version 3.0 but is there a better way with the visual composer?

    Hi Richard,

    It’s not longer built into the shortcode, I need to re-implement officially, however for the time being you can use the following method by adding CSS classes to the columns. Click the edit button and add the following classes ( text ) to Extra class name:

    column-border min-height-400

    Then in Theme Options > Customize > Add Custom CSS, add this:

    .column-border .wpb_wrapper {padding:15px;border:1px solid #dfdfdf;}
    .column-border .wpb_wrapper .wpb_wrapper {padding:0;border:none;}

    .min-height-400 .wpb_wrapper {min-height:400px;}
    .min-height-400 .wpb_wrapper .wpb_wrapper {min-height:none;}
