    Hi @hansplanje

Would you be able to disable your firewall/security rules so I can check your site? Currently I am still seeing an error 403 when accessing the site/login page.

    Regards.

    Hi @hansplanje

I still can’t access your site. I am still getting this error “403 Forbidden You do not have permission to access this document.”

    Hi @hansplanje

I am now able to login. Thanks.

I checked a few of your pages and the mobile menu seems to be working without any issues.

Can you please specify which pages is the issue happening on?

    Regards,

    Hi Edcel,

The mobile menu does’t appear on the next pages in the menu:
    – Homepage
    – Massage op het werk -> Werkwijze
    – Massage op het werk -> De voordelen
    – Tarieven
    – Over ons
    – Over ons -> Ons werkgebied
    – Over ons -> Onze opdrachtgevers
    – Over ons Nieuws

Please also check my earlier reqeusts:
“I can’t seem te delete the Visual Composer plugin in the admin.
I bought a seperate version of VC which I want to install
I saw a similar question on the support page but was set as private.”

“The headings in the text editor doésn’t seem to work anymore.”
Maybe this will disappear when I re-install the latest version of VC……

    Thanks! Greetings from Amsterdam Holland!

    Hi @hansplanje

The mobile menu does not work on those pages because you have actually set the ‘Dock Bar’ to off for them.

For you to see, edit your Homepage and scroll down and click on the ‘Layout’ tab.

Compare it to this page http://new.massage-in-bedrijf.nl/stoelmassage/ which has a working mobile menu and the ‘Dock Bar’ is set to ‘On’.

Regarding your other issue, what error message do you get upon uninstalling Visual Composer?

    Regards,

    Hi Edcel,

Thanks! The mobile menu works fine now!
The error message on unistalling VC is; plugin(s) js_composer/js_composer.php cannot fully be deleted (translated from dutch)
I bought a seperate version of VC which I want to install

PS the website is a multisite

    regards Hans

    Hi @hansplanje

A workaround is to remove the plugin via FTP. Connect to your server via FTP then go inside wp-content/plugins

Once there, you just need to remove js_composer directory. Once all the files are removed, you can then manually install the separate version you purchased for Visual Composer/Page Builder.

    Regards,
