    Hey Andy,

    I just purchased this great theme and I’m Going to be moving my Dynamix site over to this theme, however I am having a hard time getting the you classic demo to load, any suggestions?

    Hi @brownwonder

    It looks like you haven’t selected a sub theme. That will automatically import the demo data fit for that sub theme. You can do it through this page: http://gcsolutions2.goldcorpsolutions.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=options-

    Hi Reginald,

    I personally tried it and indeed it takes time to import the demo.

    Can you please check what is your current PHP memory? If possible, please set it to 128MB or higher then retry the import.

    Thanks!

    It look like you have fixed both issues that you pointed out because we have checked the site and both logo and tabs are now working.

    Can you please confirm this?

    Thanks!

    maybe i didn’t explain clearly we need the tabs on our new site that we are working on http://www.gcsolutions2.goldcorpsolutions.com to look like the tabs on our old site http://www.goldcorpsolutions.com

    Hi,

    The logo should now be fixed and the logo you uploaded should now be showing up on the site.\

    For the tabs, can you please send over login credentials to your old site so we can check how you did it?

    Thanks!

    http://goldcorpsolutions.com/wp-login.php

    Also when we try to use goldcorpazz@gmail.com on the contact form on our new site we get errors

    Thank you for elaborating.

    That is actually happening because there is no content on that area, compared to the homepage. You can work around this by setting a minimum height to the area so the area does not resize too much.

    Copy this CSS and paste inside Appearance > Customize > Custom CSS

    .vc_row-parent.threequarter_row_height {
        min-height: 110vh !important;
    }

    Thanks!

    Thanks but it still doesn’t seem to be working on my new site

    Please disregard my last reply as that was meant for another customer which I mistakenly pasted on your ticket.

    Regarding the tabs, the main issue is that the Custom Tabs style that you added under Custom CSS actually gets broken as the ‘>’ is automatically converted to ‘>’ no matter where I copy the code and paste it into the Custom CSS box. This is only happening on the new site that is why the styles that you applied on the old site is not taking effect on the new.

    It is possible that a plugin is causing this. Can you please give us permission to disable all your plugins so we can test?

    Thanks!
