Hi, the new functions “media grid” and “masonry media grid” from Visual Composer is not working in the prepackaged version of Visual Composer that comes with the epix theme.

The advise from WP Bakery is to disable the prepacked version, and install the full version. I have bought the full version, but cannot install it. WP bakery advised me to contact you guys, as to how to correctly disable and uninstall the prepackaged version, so I can get to install the full version.

    Can you tell med that?

    All the best

    Hi Thomas,

Some elements of VC are disabled by default. The reason being is that the theme had very similar functionality before VC came along i.e. Grid Gallery.

You can enable their styling that allows the likes of Media Grid and Masonry Media Grid to work, however it is quite heavy and that’s one of the reasons I don’t enable it by default.

Either way, you can enable their styling via Appearance > Theme Options > General > Visual Composer > Enable VC Elements.
