    hi,

I just bought and installed your addon “ultimate pricing table” but if i put this on visual compuser front end row then it would not show me anything. As you see on screenshot: http://prnt.sc/ec3571
If i save this content then i see on my real page this content http://prnt.sc/ec369l

Here is some bug or what?

Another question, how i can change pricing table theme, like you have example 7 http://prnt.sc/ec389c

    Hi @iannaska

Can you please send over your site’s URL and login credentials so we can personally check and test on this from our end?

    Hi @iannaska

Can you please send over your login credentials and give us permission to disable all your plugins so we can test if any of them is causing the issue?

    Hi @iannaska

I was disabling plugins but got logged out as it’s possible that you may have update the login credentials cause it does not work now.

Can you please recheck or reset the password?

    Thanks!

    Hi @iannaska

Thanks for sorting it out. It looks like this is an issue with your theme. I tried to use the Twenty Seventeen theme and the pricing table appears right away without scrolling.

Please coordinate with the theme’s support team so they can look into this issue.

    Regards,

    Hi @iannaska

I think it is not on Visual Composer since we have seen customers use the Pricing Table on our own themes that use Visual Composer and it does not behave this way.

Try to coordinate with WPLMS support to check on the issue to confirm if it’s something from their theme or not.

    Regards,
