I’ve just updated my site to the responsive theme (3.0.3.) Works great (after a bit of adjustment)
I was testing it on my iPad and noticed a couple of things that are happening on the iPad/iPhone.
The droppanel trigger from the select menu on ipad and iphone does not seem to work.
I have a several buttons on the site that are droppanel triggers. On the iPhone they look and work fine. On the iPad, they work, but the buttons appear to have the trigger arrow graphic inside them. http://www.romeooscar.com/who-we-are
I’m wondering if there is something cached on your iPad, I’ve tested with my iPhone and Xcode simulator for the iPad and can’t replicate the issues you’re experiencing? What happens when you view the http://dynamix.themeva.com demo site?
Well, the drop panel trigger on the iPad buttons are working and looking as it should, so that’s cleared up. But the Contact Us item in the select menu still does not activate the drop panel. It works on your demo site on my iPad. Could it be a conflict with the # of columns or content of my drop panel?
I am having the same problem with drop panel triggers not working in the responsive menu in DynamiX 3.1.1. I have the Contact Us nav button linked to the drop panel, and nothing happens when using a mobile device. When I visit http://dynamix.themeva.com on iPad or iPhone, the first time I tap Contact in the responsive menu, the panel drops. If I close it then — still on the same page — tap Contact again, the panel does not drop. I deactivated all my plugins, and nothing changed. Is this something you guys are working on? Why would it function — if only for one use — on your demo site and not on mine?
Thanks in advance,
Yes, I am using a custom menu to achieve the drop panel trigger per the instructions in your documentation. I am developing two sites together, this one in Terso http://lmseniors.com and http://bestlifemoments.com/v2/ in DynamiX. Neither drop panel is triggered by the Contact Us menu on mobile devices.
