    Hi,

I have a little error on my website as You can see here for example:

    http://frankwwweber.de/ueber-mich/

The text of the page is over the breadcrumb. How can I fix this?

    Kind regards Frank

    Hi @frankwwweber

I think the issue just appears on mobile? Can you please resend your credentials so we can check what we can do to adjust the spacing or size of the title so they don’t overlap?

    Regards,

    Hi Frank,

As I checked, it looks like the page content is completely overlapping the breadcrumb instead of it moving below it.

Can you please give us permission to disable all your plugins? I want to make sure that none of your plugins is causing the issue.

    thanks!

    Hi Edcel,

    ok, try it.

    Best regards Frank

    Hi Frank,

My apologies for the delayed reply.

It looks like the issue is caused by the Transparent Floating header as it displaces the content, that’s why it overlaps with the breadcrumb.

There are multiple ways around this depending on how you want the page to look like.

    1. Disable the floating header as seen on the test page here: http://frankwwweber.de/test-page/
    2. Add padding to the page content, so it separates and does not overlap with the breadcrumbs which should now be working here: http://frankwwweber.de/ueber-mich/

    Please check which you’d prefer.

    Thanks!

    Hi Edcel,

have many thanks for Your answer. I would prefer the second way “2. Add padding to the page content, so it separates and does not overlap with the breadcrumbs”.

Will this solution be permanent (mistake that will be fixed in the future) or is it a normal behavior?

Have many thanks an Kind Regards Frank

    Hi @frankwwweber

In order to apply this to other pages, you will need to add a Class to the Row. You should see the Class Name if you edit the Row on that page.

This is a normal behaviour if you use a Transparent Floating Header because it moves the content under the header thus the text overlap.

    Hi Edcel,

have many thanks. I have done it but I have one question. What is the difference If I forgot this class. In my first try I only set the additional space in the design options and all looks good for me (first view). What does this class more (in short words, not all details).

have many Thanks and Best Regards Frank.

    Hi Frank,

I actually added a CSS applying a top-padding to that class name. So if you see an overlap on the text on other pages, just add the same class name to fix the issue.

    Thanks!

    Hi Edcel,

Have many Thanks this works good on computers but on my iPhone the ist too much space between the logo and the content of the space. How can we reduce the space with no content ?

You can see it here for example http://frankwwweber.de/meine-fotos/ (good on computer but not good on iPhone)

    Best regards Frank

    Hi Frank,

I have decreased the top margin on mobile. Can you please check if it looks good now?

You can update the margin on your own under Appearance > Theme Options > Custom CSS > Mobile CSS

    Thanks!
