    Activating Dynamix New version causes our website to crash. We did some tests and found out that was because of the presence of the slider, so once we remove it, it works normally, but the slider is a essential part to our website. We tried updating the themes, though it changed nothing.

    We also noticed that our post edition page is not being displayed correctly. As can be seen here: http://www.mimarketingeinternet.com.br/marketing/clientes/

    Also, we noticed this when editing a page: http://pequenasempresas.net.br/laboratorio/001.png

    How can we fix these issues?

    Hi,

    It appears your site is running out of WordPress memory. See this guide for increasing it. http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

    You’ll need to edit your /wp-config.php file and define a memory value there.

    As for the blank editor, this is because Visual Composer is disabled. Increase the memory and then you should be able to activate both Rev Slider and Visual Composer.

    We increased the memory limit to 256MB, and we still get the same result.

    Hi,

    Can you provide your WP login details please so I can investigate what happens when those plugins are active. The other reason maybe your suhosin value, try upping you suhosin value value on your server.

    You will need to ask your hosting to increase to the following suhosin value:
    suhosin.post.max_vars = 5000
    suhosin.request.max_vars = 5000

    Also, have you tried just running the Visual Composer plugin and Revolution Slider plugin and no others to see if it works then?

    We will try increasing the suhosin value, once we have done it I’ll inform it here.

    We tried disabling all plugins, and even so Dynamix didn’t run properly. We’ll try to run just Visual Composer and Revolution Slider and will report back here. thanks.

    We edited the php.ini file, added the two lines you said to, but nothing changed on our website. The newer version of the theme still have the same issue.

    How can we fix it?

    Hi,

    Can you provide your WP and FTP login details please. I’ll see if I can spot anything. No one else appears to be experiencing this, therefore I’m hoping it’s just a setup issue.

    Hi Sergio,

    I’m having real difficulty working on the server. It’s incredibly slow in the admin. I see you mention that it works without the Slider ( which one? ) and is that still true?
