Hi there, I have a hopefully easy problem to fix. For a blog post, when I add a Featured Image, it doesn’t show up. Instead, a blank rectangle with a broken page icon in the middle shows up. Is this a setting issue I’m just missing? Maybe a size problem? Thanks for the help.

    Hi Alex,

That sounds a bit strange, can you confirm that the image is actually present in the media library? Sounds stupid but sometimes things cache and show random things in WordPress.

Are you using the latest version of ePix, WordPress and Visual Composer? There has been an update yesterday for ePix.

A new update has been released for ePix which contains the latest version of Visual Composer too.

For more information on updating the theme, please see here.

Once updated, you can update VC by go to Plugins > Deactivate VC > Delete it > Appearance, Install Plugins, click install Visual Composer > You should now have the latest version.

Then reset your browser cache and websites cache (if you have a cache plugin installed).

If you are still having issues, please set your reply to private and provide your URL/login details so I can take a further look for you.

    Hope this helps.

    Kind regards,
