How can I achieve the same footer layout as the demo site with the spacing of the divider lines. I have made a list with divider lines but the spacing it completely different in height. I did solve this in the css on the previous Dynamix theme but can’t seem to solve it on the updated theme? any ideas would be great! thanks

Hi Shane,

Do you have a link to your site and I’ll see why it’s not spacing correctly.

Hi Shane,

Ideally we need to see it live, you can provide a screenshot and the code used and we will try to resolve this for you.

Kind regards,
Tom

Hi Shane,

On the demo we are using a Custom Menu widget that automatically displays in that way. It’s great for when you add in new pages as you can shuffle them around easily without any coding within Menus.

If you want to use the same layout as you want, you will need to change the spacing between the dividers and list items. This will require Custom CSS which you can view more information here. If you require us to complete the work for you, you can request a Customization here.

Hope this helps.

Kind regards,
Tom

Hi Shane,

In the latest update the divider lines should be there, please see the Demo sites footer. Can you please provide a link to your site so I can take a further look into this?

Kind regards,
Tom

Sorry site isn’t live yet.. any ideas on why they have dissapeared?
thanks for the reply.

I am not sure why they are not there. Do you have any custom CSS added? I recommend de-activating each of your plugins one-by-one to find one that may be conflicting with the lines also.

Kind regards,
Tom

Hi Tom well I just tried deactivating the plugins but still no lines? this has only happened since the last update.. has a setting been changed? I am not getting the line displaying still. I have also deleted them & tried from scratch & no luck.
Any idea on this or should I wait until the site goes live?

Hi,

Please see if this works instead. Try something like this instead.
List Item
[divider_line type="divider_line"]
List Item
[divider_line type="divider_line"]
List Item
Kind regards,
Tom

Hi Shane,

To create a new post, go back to the main DynamiX forum and scroll to the bottom of the page to create a post.

To create an extended menu, please follow the documentation here.
