I keep editing my pages on the front end with visual composer and once I update it and go to view the page not in editing mode the format keeps messing up with the columns, row background images and more. Here’s a preview: http://188.8.131.52/~everesy0/
Can anyone help me out? Thanks.October 13, 2016 at 8:11 am #92652
Can you please send over your site’s URL and login credentials so we can check on this further?

We see the layout issue but it does not really explain what may have happen. Have you tried to restore the revisions for the page to check if any of them contains the correct layout?
It was likely a misclick while you were editing on the homepage. We would love to see a screencast of how you were doing the changes so we can also check what may have triggered the issue.
We have not received complaints from other customers about such issue, so this is likely an issue on how you made the changes rather and if you can provide more information (particularly a screencast), we can check on it further.

So when I try to edit the page through Visual Composer frontend this is how it shows up: https://snag.gy/7OfjcI.jpg
Then, when I edit the row columns and click update like this: https://snag.gy/eBayqx.jpg
It shows up perfectly like this: https://snag.gy/2V4kWQ.jpg
It doesn’t make any sense to me as I edit the pages on the frontend because that’s one of your theme’s main features.

Are you able to restore the correct layout so we can personally try editing from our end?

I’m not sure what that means? When I restore the correct layout and leave the page it just goes back to the distorted layout and is really impeding my progress on the new website.October 25, 2016 at 1:36 pm #93047
This should now be fixed. The issue was easier than I thought. You had VC elements turned off under Theme Options > General.
This is why the layout of the page was broken.
Please check and confirm from your end.
