  • Hi @mardoro

Yes, we uploaded multiple images, saved the Gallery then added 2 more images and it works without any issues

You can personally test it here; https://ecoportservices.com.br/site/wp-admin/post.php?post=442&action=edit

This means that one of your plugins may be causing with the upload issue on the grid.

Hello I do not know if this can help you identify the problem, but I have some situations:
    – I uninstalled the updated version of the plugin v composer and tried previous versions, all presented the same problem;
-In previous and updated versions I realized that if you load up to 3 images there are no problems, but above 3, it does not load. This happens if you try to load one or all 3 at a time …

Awaiting. I need an urgent solution.

Good Morning. Excuse me. I do not understand how there is a plugin that is causing this problem if ALL remain OFF.

    Good Morning.
Please, I sent some previous messages with some information that I think can help them to solve this problem.

Yesterday I ran more tests with all the other plugins disabled. I used other browsers like the one I use today, Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge and in none of them did I succeed.

I realized one thing: Not only is the Grid Gallery loading the images requested through the “IMAGE SELECTOR” function, but also other features such as the 3D CAROUSEL SLIDER, where I also realized that it does not load the selected images through the “IMAGE SELECTOR “.

Other details: note that when you load any of these features, the option that already loads (SELECT SOURCE) does not open any option for you to select another data source …

I am sending link of two signaled screens:
    http://arthes.com.br/acoda/

    I’m waiting. Thank you.

Hello. Please, what happened to the support?

    Hi @mardoro

My apologies for the delayed reply. I ran tests on my test sites hosted in different platforms using YOU theme and the issue is not happening at all. We have not received reports from other customers of the same issue as well.

I ran another test on your site, this time monitoring the logs from the Console tab of Google Chrome.

    This error

POST https://ecoportservices.com.br/site/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 500 (Internal Server Error)
    POST https://ecoportservices.com.br/site/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 404 (Not Found)

This points to your server/hosting failing to execute the script, breaking the feature to add images to the gallery.

Can you please make sure your have set your PHP memory limit to 256MB and make sure you or your host is not blocking processes from admin-ajax.php.

I am afraid the issue you are encountering is not an issue with the theme but on your installation/server.

Hello Thanks for your review and feedback.
I sent your message to the staff of our provider who performed tests as well as verified the server settings and they replied:

“I noticed that there is nothing on the server causing a problem with the operation of the plugins on this site.”

    What do I do???

    Hi @mardoro

Can you please send over your FTP login so I can run tests on the PHP variables on the server?

    Hi @mardoro

I can’t seem to connect to your FTP server. Can you please check?

    Hi @mardoro

I was able to login and upload this file:
    https://ecoportservices.com.br/site/info.php

If you checked, ‘memory_limit’ is currently set to 128M. Can you please have your host increase this to 256M when we’ll retry if that fixes the issue. Also, do you have access to your server’s error logs

Hello. I changed the value to 512 as well as the php version to 7. Can you check?
    Need something else?

    Hi @mardoro

I also increased WP memory but the issue persists. I am seeing the same error on Chrome Dev Tools’ Console tab once I add images to the gallery

POST https://ecoportservices.com.br/site/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 500 (Internal Server Error)
    POST https://ecoportservices.com.br/site/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 404 (Not Found)

Can you please check with hosting provider’s support team to check if there are blocks implemented on admin-ajax.php and if they have the server’s error logs?

    Regards
