    Hi Andy,

    I seem to be having one of those weeks.
    if you have a look at:
    http://haughtongallery.co.uk/works-of-art/english-ceramics/

    There are two grid galleries on that page – both using the same portfolio categories as a data source.

    The top one is a standard ‘add gallery’. But it will not display the categories for the filter.

    The lower gallery is exactly the same but as a grid gallery within a row. It now displays the categories.

    But neither with allow me to align the images if the titles are different lengths.

    I can send you the WP login details if needed.
    Cheers,
    martin

    Hi Martin,

    I’ll look into why the Categories aren’t showing in the Filter for the Add Gallery option.

    It’s best to use the Visual Composer method anyway. As for the alignment, the only way to achieve this is to add a bit of custom css to Appearance > Theme Options > Customize > Custom CSS:

    div#grid-gdgrid_english .panel {
        min-height: 450px;
    }

    You can adjust the height and that will only work with that gallery. To work with other Grid Galleries, replace the end of the div#grid-gdgrid_english with the id of your gallery e.g. div#grid-gdgrid_newgrid
