My Visual composer version is 4.9
    My Dynamix version is 5.1
    wordpress version 4.6.1

Ever time I try to use The visual composer to edit a page, the page fades to almost white and the visual composer logo shows it loading but never stops. I cannot use Visual composer.

    Thanks!

    Hi @nexus77

You are using an old version of the of Visual Composer and the theme.

Please update the theme as that should contain the new version of Visual Composer as well.

    Thanks!

Hmmm, ok thanks. I can’t seem to download anything other than themeforest-113901-dynamix-business-corporate-wordpress-theme from themeforest. Is there somewhere else I am supposed to go? Sorry for the dumb questions. 🙁

    Hi @nexus77

Where are you trying to download/update the theme? Is it through Envato Toolkit?

Kindly check this link http://docs.acoda.com/you/2016/03/10/updating-the-theme/ for the instructions on how to update/install a theme.

Thanks for the response! I actually don’t have the Envato toolkit. I installed the theme manually. I am doing the second method (FTP) when I go to my Envato downloads and download the latest version, it is 5.1 themeforest-113901-dynamix-business-corporate-wordpress-theme

    Hi @nexus77

Can you send over your login credentials so we can check further on this?

    Hi @nexus77

Your Envato account is secured and needs authentication when we tried to login (probably because my location is too far from your usual locations when you log in).

Anyway, I have installed the Envato Toolkit for you which should be available here: http://knoxville-landscaping.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=envato-wordpress-toolkit

Before you can use the plugin, you need to generate your Envato API Key. Log in to your account in ThemeForest and go to your user profile page. Select ‘Settings’ from the account dropdown, then navigate to the ‘API Keys’ tab. Click ‘Generate API Key’ button to get your API key and copy it. You can also create multiple keys if needed.

Once you have entered all the information into Envato Toolkit and saved the settings, a ‘Themes’ tab should appear on the same page and that should list your themes and the option to update it.

    Thanks!
