    Good day Team!

    I’m just working again with ePix to make new better version of my webpage:
    http://camelliaphotography.com

    and I’m wondering how to make my home page which is set to static “disappear” to avoid having gray stripe as it is currently on the main page. Can someone help me with to make it disappear? transparent?

    I’m aware that I can make transparency in customization but it will affect other pages aswell what I want to avoid…

    Thank you in advance!

    Lukasz.

    I have found the solution for transparency: Within Customizer I have removed background color leaving it transparent, then within the pages I’m adding a color to each row with alpha channel. However I found another problem while I was searching for first solution. It seems that my customizer stopped working somehow and I’m not able to add any new picture for background as it either load library infinitely or return an error:

    Operation timed out after 5 seconds with 0 bytes received

    Errors fixed: Removed API Key connection from theme update section…

    Weird isn’t it?

    Hi Lukasz,

    There has been an issue with the ThemeForest website over the past few days. Theyโ€™ve had lots of downtime which has led to the theme not being able to check for updates.

    With regards to the transparency, have you found a solution?

    The site already looks striking, I’m looking forward to the finished product.

    I did found ๐Ÿ™‚

    In meantime I have moved to other domain:

    1# http://lukaszpiech.com/
    2# http://camelliaweddings.com/

    Generally I have just configured both same way so theres not much difference between domains (except that I’m now working on lukaszpiech.com but will apply same changes to second domain).

    However: Transparency fix:

    1. Header/Menu moved from the side to top of Page – transparency setted to 80%
    2. Body in customizer wasnt touched
    – here was the problem as I didn’t publish a single thing on the home page and generally there was a stripe under the header like page would contain at least one line with &nbsp within it.

    I did bypass this issue by removing BG color from Body in customizer together with divider colors – Then I create a line within each page where I want to have a content and set the background color for each row of content with alpha channel set to 75 which makes me happy ๐Ÿ™‚

    As we move forward new issues keeps comming and I would appreciate your help:

    Site: http://lukaszpiech.com/
    1. Header: Set to top of page -> Logo on side (doesnt matter which) and Menu opposite side.
    #1 QUESTION: Title is set to “Lukasz Piech”. How to keep it within one line while Title is set to be Left or Rigth on Header? Currently ePix is dividing words making each on other line. I would more likely close Title & Tag line within a Table Cell to keep it aligned center even if it’s set to Header’s Side?

    #2 QUESTION: in the current state for header (http://lukaszpiech.com/) How to minimize the space above and bellow Title/Menu so the header stripe would be slimmer?

    Hi,

    1. That’s strange it’s dividing the words. You can add this following CSS to prevent that. Place it within Appearance > Theme Options > Customize > Custom CSS: #header-logo h1 {white-space:nowrap;}

    2. The above fix will make it much slimmer, see how that looks and let me know. If you require it slimmer, you’d have to customize it to remove the padding.

    Hi Andy!

    Thanks for the code, it works and I don’t need it slimmer. Just one more things: How to keep Tag Line justified center exactly under Logo text?

    Thank you!

    Hi Lukasz,

    Try adding the following CSS to Appearance > Theme Options > Customize > Custom CSS:

    #header-logo h2 {text-align:center;}
