How do I control which of them show up and where they link to? On my site, they are not linking to anything right now:

    Hi Christy,

Exactly which sidebar are you referring to? The left navigation sidebar or the right column sidebar that can contain widgets?

I can explain in full how to do this once I know which one you mean.

    Kind regards,
    Tom

The menu sidebar- the one to the left with the menu in it. And all I’m referring to is what is called “dock tabs” in the css- the little icons at the top. I’ve gotten them to link (was a plugin conflict making them not work). So, main problem solved, but how do I control which of those show up?

Ah I see, the icons at the top of the sidebar.

You can control these by going to Appearance > Theme Options > Header > Search icon for the search.

Go to Appearance > Widgets > and remove all widgets from the Information Panel.

To add in social icons, go to Appearance > Theme Options > Social > Select which ones you want to appear.

    Hope this helps.

Okay, yes, I was starting to realize they come from several places, that’s a little confusing. Thank you for those tips!
