    Hi Crisher,

    What exactly are you trying to do? Are you re-uploading the file? Where is the error showing? Please provide a little more information so I can understand exactly what the issue is.

    Kind regards,
    Tom

    Hi Crisher,

    What exactly is the error shown? We have not come across this issue before which leads me to believe that this could be a server limitation. I recommend contacting your hosting company to ask them about this.

    When I copy sites from one directory to another, I use a quick and easy plugin called Duplicator. It might help you out as it skips all of these steps.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Crisher,

    It sounds like your hosting has capped your upload size.

    You will need to do the following.

    Add the following code to the php.ini file within your WP-admin via FTP.

    upload_max_filesize = 20M
    post_max_size = 20M

    More information on this here. Or this video guide here.

    If you are unsure on how to do this, I recommend contacting your hosting company.

    Hope this helps.
    Tom
