    Hi,

In general I’m very happy with your theme. Nevertheless I’m encountering some issues with the portfolio category slugs/pages. After auditing my website I found out that these pages (for example http://www.k-dushi.com/portfolio_category/graphic-design/) result in broken links and are giving me a 5xx status code. When trying to access the pages it gives me a white screen. I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong but it looks like a bug.

    Thank you for your feedback.

    Best regards, Marcel

    Hi @k-dushi

Can you please send over your site’s URL and login credentials so we could personally check on this from our end?

    Hi @k-dushi

Can you please give us permission to disable all your plugins so we can test if any of them is causing the issue with the slugs?

    Hi @k-dushi

Just to confirm, are you still having issue with your site? As I checked your site, all pages are perfectly working fine.

Can you please check and confirm?

    Hi @k-dushi

I disabled all plugins and the issue persisted.

What your site’s current PHP Memory? Can please increase it to at least 128Mb if it’s lower than that?

Also, have you coordinated with your hosting provider for a copy of the server’s error logs? Normally, it will be logged what triggered the error 500 that we saw.

    Hi @k-dushi

After checking this further, it looks like our test site is also behaving the same.

I am forwarding this to the developer. While waiting, can you please send over your site’s FTP credentials? I will try to apply a code fix to check if it will sort out the issue.

    Regards,

    Hi @k-dushi

Just to follow-up on this, can you please try removing the file you/taxonomy-portfolio_category.php? I tested it on our test site and that solved the issue.

    Regards,
