    Hi, our visual composer stop working… it is giving us just loading process pages but showing anything.
    We purchased the theme and visual composer together back then but it kept asking visual composer license issue.

    The purchase code for this item is c992aed9-180d-41ef-9634-10949fbaaada.

    Could you please help how we can fix the problem?

    I checked your Dashboard and found out that you are not using any of our themes. In this case, please coordinate to the VC support team so they could check on this further.

    Also, I have already deleted your reply containing the login credentials.
