    I have a contact menu embedded at the bottom of http://www.sparemywallet.com that is not following the same link colors as the rest of the footer.

    If I change column 1 and colum 2 of the footer to have a light blue color the left two menus that are embedded from widgets display correctly but the contact menu retains the color defined in the footer Font Color area instead of the Link Color area. I currently have the link color set to silver and the font color set to white to minimize the appearance of the flaw while I customize the rest of the site.

    As the contact menu is displaying links from an actual menu instead of a widget I am assuming this is a lack of coding in the stylesheet to define the menu usage in the footer links.

    I would like support to make the contact links from the menu match the rest of the footer links. from the widgets so I can set the colors I intended.

    Hi @sparemywallet

    Can you please send over your site’s login credentials so we can personally check this? I personally tested this on our test area and the link color actually change using the Footer Link Color even if I am using a Custom Menu widget.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    The footer fonts actually has its own font controls which should be under Footer Font Colors settings. If you check it out, we have set the Link color under the Footer Font Color to gray and it applies to all 3 blocks.

    For the dropdown, this should be fixed now. Please check and confirm from your end.

    For the site defaulting to bold, I am not seeing it from our end using multiple browsers. If the issue persists from your end. Can you please send us screenshots?

    Thanks!

    Hi @sparemywallet

    It is probably cache or there is something wrong with the browser you are using because we have tested your site on Chrome, IE and Firefox and we do not see the fonts loading in bold at all, the columns have been fixed by the CSS we added and the footer’s link color also changes both on ‘Link Color’ under ‘General Font Colors’ and ‘Link Color’ under ‘Footer Font Colors’.

    Can you please use another browser or try to reinstall the browser you are using?

    Regarding http://sparemywallet.com/good-free-stuff/free-tv-and-movies/ , using tables is a really old and outdated way to present data. It will be best to add this data using Visual Composer and use columns as they are automatically responsive. I created a test page for you with 3 columns for you to see how it works and you can see it here: http://sparemywallet.com/test-page-3-columns/

    The extra ‘space’ is technically because the lines on the text around the picture does not meet where the padding ends, thus it can’t wrap right away on the exact line you want. I have decreased the padding on the image, so the text now wraps with lesser space at the bottom of the image.

    For the ordered and unordered lists, I have added the needed spacing which indents them.

    Can you please check if everything looks good from your end?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    The Dynamix logo used on clark.com is for another Web Design company. You can use this code to add the logo for the theme:
    <img src="http://acoda.com/dynamix/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/dynamix-business-wordpress.png" />

    For the Footer Link Color, it looks like the links only changes when trying it on ‘Customize’ but when you save it, the color of the Contact Menu reverts to white. It looks like it is indeed being identified as a menu link item rather than a footer link item. I have added this CSS to force the color of Contact Menu to the same as the other columns:

    .skinset-footer .widget.widget_nav_menu li a {
    color: #cecece !important;
    }

    This was added in Appearance > ‘Theme Options’ > ‘Customize’ > Custom CSS. If you will change your footer link color, you will also need to update the color on the code.

    For the font, the Font you declared under Appearance > ‘Customize’ > ‘Font Settings’ is Helvetica Neue not Helvetica Neue Bold. Can you please try to access the site using this link and check if the issue persists? http://sparemywallet.com/?cache=no

    Thanks!

    The Contact column should now have the correct hover color and it does not go italic when clicked.

    For the drop-down, I am not seeing the issue from my end. Can you please clear your browser cache and retry? If the issue persists, please send us screenshots so we can recheck this.

    For the font issue, can you please try to change the font you are using and check if the issue will still persists on the 2 browsers? If the issue will persists, there is a possibility that there is an issue with both browsers.

    Thanks!

    Additonally, the footer CONTACT links are now working 100% correctly – thanks!

    Hi @sparemywallet.com

    I see the issue on the first item. It looks like the ‘container’ of the blue bar is still there and it is overlapping the container for the search form that is why it is not clickable. To fix it, you just need to move the form in front of the info bar container using this CSS:

    #toppanel {
        z-index: 999999;
    }

    For the second item, the dropdown is dependent on the ‘container’ of the page’s content, that is why it gets cut-off on shorter pages. You can either add more content to the page or shorten the content of the dropdown. Another option is we can add CSS to add a scrollbar to the dropdown.

    Thanks!

    I have shortened the length of the content of the dropdown panel to give an easy solution to that area. It appears fine on all pages now.

    I did add the CSS code in the stylesheet customization area to fix the top message issue but it did not correct the problem, I will leave theunder construction message up for another day and then remove it so there is no issue with this on my site but I just wanted to let you know.

    I really appreciate your help, and I believe everything is working correctly for me now that was not before so I am a very happy customer that will tell many people about this theme being the best out there.

    Thank you very much and have a great weekend!
