    My mobile menu doesn’t work since a few weeks. In the desktop version the dropdown arrows are missing, but everything works. On a smartphone the menu button appears, but nothing happens when pushing it. I tried to deactivate all plugins and installed an older version of WordPress, but nothing helped.

    What version of the theme and Visual Composer are you currently using? Also, can you send over your login credentials so we can check on this further?

    We have checked your WP Dashboard and it shows that you are using an older version of the theme and Visual Composer. Please update the theme to its latest version. Once theme is updated, also update the Visual Composer that came along with the theme.

    Hello … thanks for your quick answer!

    If I click “Update Theme” it shows that the update is completed, but then the page reloads and there’s the “Version 5.3 is Available!” again.
