Since the demo and test sites are working, it’s worth checking a few things:
1. Check no plugins are interfering with this by disabling all of the apart from the Theme default one, i.e. Visual Composer, Revolution Slider.
2. Ensure the Theme is the latest version ( 4.3.1 ).
3. No custom code is interfering.

You’re using DynamiX 4.01, you need to update to 4.3.1 – once you’ve updated the theme, follow the guide here for updating Visual Composer:
i am new with this, i do some google n look for HOW TO UPDATE this theme.
