    Hi,
My mobile navigation isn’t working & I know it is down to the WooCommerce plugin because I’ve been enabling them one by one. Is there a fix for this because you advertise that WooCommerce is supported by the theme?

    Thanks, James

    Hi James,

There should be no issues with the latest WooCommerce plugin and the latest version of ePix.

If you are still having issues, please set your reply to private and provide your URL/login details so I can take a further look for you.

    Tom

    Hi James,

It seems that there are 2 key files missing from the WooCommerce plugin that you have downloaded. At the moment, I am not sure if it was a corrupt install you have or if the files were released with these 2 files missing, but these are what are causing all of the current issues.

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) http://www.jamesjesney.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/assets/js/jquery-cookie/jquery.cookie.min.js?ver=1.3.1
Uncaught TypeError: undefined is not a function http://www.jamesjesney.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/assets/js/frontend/cart-fragments.min.js?ver=2.1.11:1

    Then on the products page,
    GET http://www.jamesjesney.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/assets/js/jquery-cookie/jquery.cookie.min.js?ver=1.3.1 404 (Not Found) (index):1050
Uncaught TypeError: undefined is not a function

I will look into this in more detail and get back to you.

    Kind regards,
    Tom

    Hi James,

Just tested this again on my server and the files are correct. Everything works as it though including the product selection. I recommend removing WooCommerce and re-installing it as you must have had a corrupt copy somehow.

    Hope this helps.

Ah I see, I did also try reinstalling WooCommerce yesterday to see if it was to do with that but it didn’t seem to work, must have uploaded the same faulty file again. Thank-you very much for all the help though!! 🙂

Should I just delete the current plugin & download it again from WooCommerce or install it via the built in installer?

    Hi James,

I would remove the plugin all together within your install, then go to Plugins > Add New > Search for WooCommerce then install it from there. That way no files should go missing.

    Hope this helps.

Uninstalled it completely & reinstalled it & it’s exactly the same, can you try instead please? I don’t know why it’s going wrong

This problem has now been fixed. Here’s a link to how I fixed it: http://splashingpixels.com/woocommerce-jquery-cookie-js-error/

Ah ok, it was a host issue. Thats very strange. Thank you for the information on this, I will note it down.
