    My purchase code is not working and it says “contact us to resolve the issue” and this seems to be the only way.

    Please help.

    Hi,

    In order to access this forum, you have to have a purchase code. If you’re searching and can’t access some forum pages, it’s because the post relates to another theme i.e. ePix. Unless you have an ePix license, you won’t be able to access it .

    What is the issue you’re looking to resolve?

    Hi,

    You are registered with your Purchase code on the correct forum, otherwise you wouldn’t be able to post here. All purchase codes are assigned to a user too.

    What’s your purchase code and I’ll check for you. ( Click Set as private reply ).

    Hi,

    Yes that’s a DynamiX purchase code and therefore you can only access the DynamiX forum. So if you were searching for something, it was probably an ePix forum you were trying to access. Unfortunately that is not possible without an ePix purchase code.
