I have a fresh install of WP 3.8 and started to customize the ePix theme. I just finished watching the epix page builder video and realized that I have no access to the WYSIWYG editor. When I add a text block or anything else I can only see the standard text modifier options. I can not see the options from the Theme when adding any of the short code.

I also noticed that I do not have the little red T button where I can access the short codes.

please help. I need to put my site up and running quickly

    Hi Eric,

Either you have a plugin confliction or you need to click the Kitchen Sink button within the text editor to expand the options.

If that doesn’t appear, I recommend de-activating each of your plugins one-by-one to find one that may be conflicting.

    Hope this helps.

    Kind regards,
    Tom
