    Hi There,

    We are using WP 3.6., Woocommerce, dynamix 2.9.2, envato toolkit 2.4 we run a multisite http://www.biozar.nl

    We want to update 2.9.2 to the latest version however if I submit the order to update the theme of dynamix, nothing happens:

    I already read through the instructions but can’t figure out why this update doesn’t com through, and I am to afraid loosing all settings etc etc. What could be the problem? Could it be the host, as I Always have to confirm the password required for changing certain content through wordpress. However this credential form will not be showed, it looks like the update will not be processed.

    Could someone help me out, I even will hand you over my pasword so you could take a look

    Hi,

    First I would recommend backing up your site just to be sure. If you have followed the instructions here, everything should work. If you feel your server is not set up correctly, I would recommend asking your hosting company to check things out prior to updating.
