i have built a one-pager website and integrated a gallery with category filters. the images link all to # and seem to get in trouble with the overall one-page-navigation. see the page in action here – the gallery is under the navigation “Werke”. https://www.fs1.at/i-st/ thanks for any help! have a nice day, stefan.

    Hi @pullober

We tested this on our site and the filter works when on a Single Page parallax. Can you please give us permission to disable all your plugins so we can test if any of them is causing the issue with the filter?

yes sure! go ahead! thank you!

    Hi @pullober

We disabled all plugins but the issue persists. The filter only works if we delete all the other rows and just leave the gallery element.

However, if I copy your page content to our test site, the filter works. If I copy the sample page from our test site and paste it to your page, the filter won’t work, so it looks like the issue is isolated to your installation.

Can you please specify what’s the PHP version you are currently using on your site/server?

hi! thanks for looking into my problem. now i created a new page which i created wit a template of the problematic one. i also created a new menu without the complete url only linking to the anchor like #start and #werke – now the page works as expected! https://www.fs1.at/i-st/?page_id=347

thank you for guiding me to a solution!

    You’re welcome, @pullober

Please don’t hesitate to contact us back if you encounter any issues.

hi there. the issue starts again, as soon as i make the page the start-page. because the url is not individual enough. it seems it gets confused with the div.autotop. is there any option to disable div.autotop?

    Hi @pullober

It looks like you have BasicAuth on your site as of the moment, so I can’t check and login to the site since you have only provided the WP login and not BasicAuth.

Anyway, I tried to make a page with Grid Gallery and filter for our site as the Front Page and the filter seems to be still working as seen here: http://testarea.acoda.com/you/

The issue on your site is likely isolated to your site alone and not and issue with the theme but we will check this further.

    Regards,
