    Hello,

    I’m looking for change the drop-down submenu for my Dynamix Website : I would like to reduce the opacity of the submenu.

    I tried to costumize CSS but when I had an opacity rules, it applied on all the page and not only on the submenu.

    Do you have a solution ?

    thanks a lot for your answer and sorry for my english.

    Hi,

    You can target the submenu by using the following CSS:

    #nv-tabs ul ul {background:#fff !important;}

    Hi,

    Try this:

    #nv-tabs ul ul {background:rgba(255,255,255,0.9) !important;}

    Which tab border do you mean, for the menu?

    You could try:
    #nv-tabs ul ul {border:none !important;}

    Hi Andy

    Similar question, but I’m trying to increase the opacity of the menu on mobile, as it’s hard to read over the menu when it expands over the page content – none of the fixes above seem to work.

    This is on Dynamix for the site http://villagebride.co.uk

    Please can you help?

    Hi @timhensel

    Can you try this CSS code if the opacity will do for you.

    @media only screen and (max-width: 767px){

    #custom-layer1{
    -webkit-gradient(linear, 0% 0%, 0% 90%, from(rgba( 122,122,122,1)), to(rgba( 122,122,122,0.8)))
    }

    Thanks for this. Presumably this goes in the Custom CSS box in Customise? I’ve tried it there and in the Mobile CSS box, but it doesn’t change it.

    Can you please send your login credentials to us so we can try implementing it for you?

    Thanks!

    I just realized the CSS I sent was incomplete. I have implemented the correct CSS code. Can you please check if the opacity of the header on mobile looks good from your end?

    Thanks!

    Thanks for that.

    It’s only affected the menu bar at the top of the page though – which looked fine as it was.

    I need to increase the opacity of the menu that comes in from the left when I click the “three lines” button, as it’s there that the text (i.e. menu items) is hard to read. Ideally in white, so the black text shows up better.

    I apologize for the mix-up. I have implemented the white background with opacity to the mobile menu. Can you please check and confirm?

    Regards,
