    Have you guys noticed this at all?

    I was checking my site on an iPad and the parallax sections are really juddering and just generally not moving as you’d expect a parallax section to.

    I checked your theme on an iPad and am still seeing the same issue

    I don’t have an iPad handy but I tested our test site on Chrome Dev Tools and I did not see any issues at all regarding parallax. If you can also send a screencast of the site’s behaviour from your end, we would appreciate it.

    Hi @aleckuk

    Are you referring to the background that moves upon scroll on the video you sent? If yes, this is part of the effect for Parallax. Try to disable Parallax for the background and check if the behavior will persist.

    Yes I do understand that thats how a Parallax background works

    But unfortunately it seems to move very staggered and judders when viewed on an IOS device, you can see this in my video.

    When normally a parallax background will very smoothly on an IOS device, just as it would on a desktop.

    This is what my issue refers to

    What iOS version is your iPad running and Browser did you use to test this?

    I used an iPhone on Safari to test and I do not particularly see the issue.

    Hi there I’ve tested it on 3 different iPads all running different OS’s

    iPad 2 OS 9.2

    iPad Air OS 10.2.1

    iPad Mini OS latest version (sorry I can’t remember this one)

    I’ve tested it on Chrome and Safari

    All of which display the same problem, that the Parallax image judders into place as you scroll, instead of being a smooth scroll.

    The problem isn’t as bad on iPhones if you could please check on it on an iPad you will see what I mean

    Our apologies for the delayed reply. I will make a follow-up with the developer. He’s been preoccupied as of late trying to finalize updates for Dynamix and Epix.
