Hello – I have a portfolio on my ePix website, and I cannot get the categories to show up. I have each project tagged with a category, I tried to remove each plugin to see if anything was interfering (that didn’t work). I’m out of ideas, can you please help?

    Hi,

I’ve had a quick look and I can’t see any reason why it’s not working. It’s worth updating to the BETA to see if that has an affect. http://acoda.com/forums/topic/epix-2-2-beta/

I’ve test on my servers and demo the server and they’re working fine, so I don’t believe it’s an issue with the actual filtering.

YES! The new beta version fixed my issue as soon as I installed it. THANK YOU!

    Hello!

I am having the same issue. I have the different categories set up in my slide sets, but only “All” is appearing on my grid gallery.

    Can you help with this?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Slide Sets work differently, you have to enter “Tags” for filtering to work. Please edit each Slide and add a Tag ( Category ) you want that slide to appear in. You can see the screencast here: https://youtu.be/C-pkB8e3oMM?t=5m7s – it shows an older version of WordPress but it’s similar.

Thanks! That fixed that issue…. but now when I’m on a Windows computer using Chrome (I used a Mac/Chrome to build my site), my header is taking up the whole site. I’m not sure where to fix it as it wasn’t like that when I looked on my Mac.

    Hi,

It maybe cached on the windows computer, try clearing the browser cache to see if that makes a difference. I’ve tested on Browser Stack and it appears the same on a windows Chrome as it does on Mac browsers.
