    Hello,

Is there a way to display a post date on each individual blog entry? For example on http://denovati.com/2013/05/tumbln-into-tumblr we’d like to place a date above the title. We found under the Theme Options -> Blog, Display Post Metadata can be set to Single Post. However, this includes the categories and comments & reactions elements as well. Is there a way to display simply the date and nothing else?

    Thanks.

    Hi,

It is possible but it does require changing several different files, but you can request us to do this on the Customization forum here.

    Kind regards,
    Tom

Thanks for sharing where to ask for this. To confirm, I assume this would fall under the basic to medium / $10 level?

On a semi related note, what prompted this question was the fact that under the Page Config -> Extras section for each blog post there are options to change the Breadcrumbs, Author Name, Publish Date, and Text Resizer.

Breadcrumbs and Author Name are auto set to Default. However, Publish Date you have to toggle between off and on. Is there a place to set the Publish Date default to On? If not, can that be programmed into a future version?

    Hi,

To move the date above the title would be classed as a customization and would fall under the $10 category, correct. There is currently no way of changing the publish date sitewide at the moment, but I will suggest it to Andy.

    Kind regards,
    Tom
