I'm using the slider gallery to display a feed of posts. It's being used as a navigation to a post with more information. If I have a video shortcode in the post, but no image, the gallery won't display a thumbnail. What do I need to do to make this work?

    Hi,

You can add a thumbnail to posts -> image/video source -> URL of Image File.

I see it now. Thank you, Andy.

I set my image with a relative link in the specified field and updated the post, but when I refreshed the page with the gallery it's just showing a broken image. I opened the image in a new tab to view the file path, and my site path is wrong.

The path to the broken image reads similar to this: http://www.website.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/hipster_phone.jpg

In my site settings my site path is set to: http://www.website.com/sites/site-name

So the correct path should be:

    http://www.website.com/sites/site-name/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/hipster_phone.jpg

Is there something I'm doing wrong? I've entered the image path as /wp-content/uploads/2011/07/hipster_phone.jpg in the URL of image file field. This needs to stay relative, because I'm on a testing server now and will be migrating the site to another server once the project is finished.

Once again, thank you for your help, and quick response.

I was working with an accordion slider and experiencing the same problem, so I went into Dynamix > General Settings and enabled the timthumb, saved the settings and then disabled the timthumb once more and saved the settings. I had tried this earlier before working on the accordion gallery, and nothing happened.

It seems the problem fixed itself.

Thank you for taking the time to help!
