    Hello

We are trying to update the theme version of the tittobluni.es website

The case is that when updating the theme to the most recent version the photos of:
    http://www.tittobluni.es/ y
    http://www.tittobluni.es/moda-coleccion/
They totally disappear and there is no way to organize them as they are right now.

In turn, all subpages of “PRODUCTOS” have a photo carousel which does not load when you update

    Can you help us?

    Hi @iempresa

Can you please send over your login credentials so we can personally check on this from our end?

    Hi @iempresa

Have you tried updating the theme? There should be no reason why the images will disappear. Please try to update the theme and Visual Composer then we will check the site if the issue does occur.

You can also make a backup of the site before doing the upgrade.

    Hi!

    NO images disappear.
Change the placement they have on the web these days.

You can open all the pages of the web and update the theme.
And see the problem once you update it!

(I ask you to update it to see it because you will understand perfectly)
Remember to have the whole web open to see what happens

We have backup of the site you can make the checks that you need

    Hi @iempresa

I have done the update to the theme and Visual Composer and the images work on the 2 pages you specified.

Please check and confirm from your end.

    Hello

    It works perfectly
But in the mobile the visualization of the images are seen in column of 1 instead of following the “collage” that is mounted for the visualization in pc

    Some solution for this?

    Hi @iempresa

The gallery is set to go as 1 column on mobile. If they were laid out just like the desktop site, the images will appear really small and defeats the purpose of the gallery.

    Hello

Could you have the same mobile display?

    As?

    Thanx!

    Hi @iempresa

It is possible but this will require a lot of changes to the theme’s codes which we do not support.

    Regards,
