I am using slider gallery. Text only. First in a post is a picture. This is also shown in slider gallery. But the border on every 4 sides is different (see here: http://www.pkl.com.web41.ims-firmen.de/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/problem.jpg) . I marked it with green blocks. Looks not good.

In Posts the border is ok. (see here: http://www.pkl.com.web41.ims-firmen.de/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/problem2.jpg)

Do you have any idea how I can fix this?

    Hi Thomas,

The border image effect was never really meant to be displayed within a gallery. If you can send me the link to the page I maybe able to come up with a quick CSS fix.

    Hi Thomas,

What browser are you using? It looks fine in Safari?

    Hi Andy. You are right.

Safari is ok, opera also. Looks bad in chrome.

    Hi Andy

    in Safari it look fine.

The described problem is only visible in Chrome.

In Opera the described problem is not visible, but Cufon fonts dont work in opera!.

    Hope you can help me.

    Thanks

    Hi Tom,

Cufon worked in Opera for me, though I'm using a Mac?

Not sure what is wrong with these browsers lately, Safari, Chrome and FF were close but they have seemed to strayed from each other causing more issues than before.. it used to be just IE.

The issue seems to come from this CSS value.

    .panel .container {width:inherit;}

try removing that from style.css (maybe more than one use of it). Not sure if that will affect other things though so you may have to monitor it.
