I am having problems with the formatting of my website that I think pertain to visual composer’s compatibility with Dynamix. One of my sections on the home page is not populating and my home page header offsets to the left at times, leaving a blank white space on the right-hand side, when viewed on Google Chrome. I am attaching two screen shots below to illustrate my issue with one of my homepage sections. The first one is what I get when I first open my website. The second is it populating once I refresh the page (it only populates when the page is refreshed, I have waited for it to populate on its own thinking it was a connectivity issue, but it doesn’t until I refresh the page) The second problem is my header when viewed in Google Chrome. It centers in Chrome sometimes but doesn’t at times as well and works correctly in IE and Firefox… at least as far as I can tell. The Chrome issue has come up with a couple of my clients when they view the site. These both seem like visual composer/theme compatibility issues because they still occur when I have all other plugins turned off.

    Website versions:

    php 7.1
    WordPress 4.9.2
    Visual Composer 5.3
    Dynamix 5.3

    Thank you for your time.

    Take care,

    Hi @kariellen35

Can you please first uninstall your Visual Composer and install this more recent version?

I did and it didn’t fix the issue ;(

    Hi @kariellen35

Can you please backup your site and give me permission to disable all your plugins so I can test this further from my end?

    Regards,
