    Hi,

    I updated the theme to the last version. Everything is working fine, I updated Visual Composer but I can’t update the Revolution Slider file. I follow the instructions, I tried to upload it Manually but I can’t, there is always a error message about the server.     I have followed the manual update process in previous version without a problem, I don’t know why it is not going through this time.

    I would appreciate it if you could give me a solution, or if you could access my website and add the purchase code to do it automatically in case there is no solution.

    Hi,

    Have you tried FTP’ing the files over the existing ones. That’s the correct method and you shouldn’t receive any message like the one above. The above message is due to your server.
