    Hi my hosting updated my WordPress site and now slide set manager is not working
    and I try the read the other forum and my Envato Purchase Code doesnt work
    please help

    Are you using the latest version of DynamiX ( 5.0.4 ) and have you updated Visual Composer too? See here: http://acoda.com/troubleshooting-guide/

    I use Version: 4.0.3
    and I desinstall the pluging, delete an install again, but the problem has not been solved

    Hi,

    Please post your WP login details and I’ll take a look for you. Also, what browser are you using and have you tried disabling all other plugins?

    Hi,

    Sorry, I missed that you said you were using DynamiX 4.0.3 ( I thought you meant WordPress ). Please update the theme and this issue will be resolved.

    Hi,

    Please try clearing your browser cache. I’ve just tried and it works fine. I used Chrome browser too.

    I’ll do some testing with FireFox, is that PC or Mac? For the time being I’d use Chrome.
