    Hi,

It looks like there is a problem with your data source for the gallery. Please ensure there is a data source selected.

If you are still having issues, please set your reply to private and provide your URL/login details so I can take a further look for you.

    Hi Thomas,

It looks like you have not installed the theme correctly. I recommend removing the theme and trying it again. Please follow the documentation here for the correct installation process.

It looks like you have broken CSS stylesheets which are causing all kinds of issues.

    Kind regards,
    Tom

I have installed the the theme using the Envato WordPress Toolkit. The problem persists. In developer mode i am seeing this:

Doesn’t seem to be a stylesheet problem. The code to determine image source and classes don’t seem to be firing. ????

    Hi,

Did you completely remove the theme and re-install it? If there is nothing on the WordPress site I would re-install WordPress too.

No one else has had this issue before but I think re-installing everything should fix the issue.

    Kind regards,
    Tom

I have re-installed wordpress and re-installed the theme. The problem still exists.

    Hi Thomas,

After a lot more inspection, it seems that the image resizer doesn’t seem to be working correctly on your site. When it is switched off, the images appear correctly. It seems like it is something on your server which is not allowing the script to run correctly.

Please check with your hosting company if they are running the standard server options, gdlibrary, phpimage magic, and that the folder wp-content/uploads, is writeable within your FTP.

    Kind regards,
    Tom
