    Thanks in advance.
    I posted this on the 28th of Oct and have had no response. I could really use some help.

    Hi – I am having the “blank page” problem and I don’t have access to the code to fix the problem. I bought the Theme from Themeforest and the Envato WordPress Toolkit plugin only has the new version 5.0.4 Theme. I have tried to deactivate the plugin and reinstall 5.0.1 from my desktop, but every time I try to activate it the connection resets.

    When is the update out? Or can you let me know what to do to fix it? My site has been blank for over a week.

    Hi,

    That’s strange, there maybe an issue with the plugin. Can you post your WP login details and I’ll check to see what maybe happening with the Envato plugin.

    Failing that, you’ll have to use FTP to upload the theme. See here: http://themeva.com/docs/dynamix/theme-installation-updating/

    Hi Jaci,

    The theme was up to date, it was the visual composer that was causing the issues. In the admin, there is a white message that tells you, you need to update it. I’ve done it for you, but on the next occasion, have a look out for it and look at this guide. http://acoda.com/troubleshooting-guide/
