    Dear Andy and Themeva~

Hey guys. I’ve been trying to add a testimonials section, exactly like the testimonials here: http://dynamix.themeva.com/essentials/. I’ve searched the Forums, and found the answers, but I haven’t been able to implement it exactly.

I want the Testimonials on this Page: http://hookedadventures.com/beta/

    1. I’ve already got a Post created and categorized it with “Testimonials”
    2. I’ve added the Stage Gallery section using VC
    3. I’ve selected the “filter-by-Post” > Quotes option within VC to display the quote
    4. Got my excerts set, and image size

But I don’t know what I’m missing. Can you please take a look at it for me please sir? Thanks in advance.

    Hi Zacchaeus,

Can you ensure the post is saved as a Quote format?

If that doesn’t work, please post your WP login details and I’ll take a look for you.

    Hi Zacchaeus,

Sorry for the delay. I’ve added a Gallery Widget to the footer ( Appearance > Widgets > Footer Column 2 ). It appears to be working okay. Is this what you meant?

    Dear Andy~

No brother, it’s not what I mean. I wanted the same as the Demo, on this Page: http://dynamix.themeva.com/essentials/. There’s a section called “What Others Are Saying…”.

I saw that you told someone to use the Stage Gallery, and link up the correct Post Type, but that never worked for me. I just settled for something less desirable though. You can see it here: http://hookedadventures.com

    Warmly,
    Zacchaeus

    Hi Zacchaeus,

I see what you mean now. They’re just manual image and text boxes. You should be able to achieve something similar using the “Recent Posts” or “Grid Gallery” elements.
